These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and damacai ("Platform," "we"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the damacai platform—including the website, mobile app, and all provided services—you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms outlined in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not allowed to use the damacai platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

The damacai platform is intended solely for users aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Account Creation and Security Responsibilities

To fully access damacai’s services, you are required to register and create a personal account. During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. Any false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in suspension or closure of your account without prior notice.

Each user is allowed only one active account at a time. Multiple account ownership is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension of all related accounts without refund of balances.

You are fully responsible for:

Keep your account password and login details confidential.
All activities carried out under your account, whether by you or another party.
Notify damacai immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
Ensure that the device you use to access the platform is secure and cannot be accessed by unauthorized persons.

Damacai is not responsible for any loss resulting from your failure to safeguard your login information.

Platform Usage Rules and User Responsibilities

Users of the damacai platform agree to use our services responsibly and comply with all established rules. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action, including account suspension and reporting to authorities:

Using the platform for any illegal purpose or fraudulent activity.
Attempting to access other users’ systems, data, or accounts without authorization.
Using unauthorized automated software, bots, or third-party tools to interact with the platform.
Spreading false information, defamation, or illegal content through any communication channels on the platform.
Engaging in any form of money laundering or suspicious financial activities through the damacai platform.
Sharing or selling account access to third parties.

Damacai reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these terms and to take appropriate action, including reporting suspicious activity to relevant authorities.

Payment and Transaction Information

All financial transactions on the damacai platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users must ensure payment details provided are accurate and valid. damacai accepts various local payment methods including online banking via FPX, e-wallets such as TNG eWallet, and other approved digital payment options from time to time.

The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

All deposits are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in damacai’s policy.
Withdrawals will be processed within the timeframe specified by the platform, subject to identity verification and security checks.
Damacai reserves the right to withhold withdrawals for investigation if suspicious activity is detected on the account.
Any taxes or fees imposed by banks or payment service providers are the full responsibility of the user.
Users are responsible for ensuring the registered bank account is in their own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not allowed.

Damacai uses industry-standard encryption technology to protect all users' financial information. However, we are not responsible for any disruptions or system failures beyond our control that may affect transaction processing.

Account Policy, Liability Limits, and Intellectual Property

Account Suspension and Closure

Damacai reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: violation of these terms, suspected fraud, illegal activities, or upon request by relevant authorities. In cases of suspension, the account balance may be held until the investigation is complete. Users may also close their own accounts at any time by contacting damacai’s support team, subject to settlement of any outstanding transactions.

Liability Limitations

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, damacai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including loss of money, data, or business opportunities. damacai’s total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the user to the platform in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the damacai platform are our exclusive intellectual property or that of our licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, or use any of this content without explicit written permission from damacai. Any infringement of intellectual property rights may result in legal action.

It is your responsibility to review this page regularly for updates. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and interpreted under Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms should first be resolved through sincere negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts.
